When can I expect my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery should occur within 10–20 business days from the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and destination. Please note that delays may occur if the package requires customs clearance, inspection, or if the carrier experiences delays.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent in the shipping confirmation email. You can use it to track your order at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $2.99 to all locations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics provider, we will notify you immediately and make appropriate adjustments to your order. For more information about destination countries, please contact us at service@smirksa.com.
How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only possible on the day the order is placed, until 11:00 PM PDT (GMT -7). To request a change, please contact us at service@smirksa.com.
Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while others are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
