How can I place an order?
To place an order:

  • Add products to your cart.

  • You can proceed to checkout on our website or via PayPal.

  • To continue on our website, click the green “Order” button on the right side of the screen.

  • To continue via PayPal, click the PayPal button.

  • You will be taken to the customer information page, where you will be asked to provide:

    • Email address

    • Full name

    • Address

  • If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen and click “Apply.”

  • Click “Proceed to shipping method.” Make sure the shipping address is entered correctly (if different from the billing address). Then click “Proceed to payment.”

  • Enter payment details. You can check a box if the shipping and billing information are the same.

  • After filling out the form, click “Place order.” A summary and confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an email confirmation.

What should I do if products are missing from my shipment or I received the wrong item?
If items are missing or incorrectly shipped, contact us at service@smirksd.com. Provide your order number and attach proof (an image file under 1MB). We will gladly send the correct product at no extra cost. You do not need to return the incorrect item—it’s yours to keep as a gift.


How do I know my order was placed?
You will receive an email with your order number and purchase details.


I want to change the products in my order. What should I do?
Order changes can be made until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day. Contact us at service@smirksd.com to request changes.


How do I add a product to the cart?
Go to the product page, select its options, and click “Add to cart.”
You will be redirected to the cart.
Enter the quantity of the product in the “Quantity” field. You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


How do I check the contents of my cart?
Click the cart icon at the top of the page. You can adjust quantities or remove products by clicking “Remove.”


How do I remove a product from the cart?
Click the cart icon in the top right corner. Find the product you want to remove and click “Remove.”


How do I change the quantity of a product in the cart?
Click the cart icon in the top right corner. In the “Quantity” field next to the product, enter the new amount. The price and total will update automatically.


Which browsers are recommended for using this site?
Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer.


What payment options are available?
We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


How do I pay via PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. After adding products to your cart, click the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Fill in your details correctly to complete the payment quickly and smoothly.


How do I use a discount code?
To use a promo code:

  • Select a product and click the green “Order” button.

  • On the customer info page, enter the required details.

  • At the top right, find the “Discount” field.

  • Enter the promo code and click “Apply.” Make sure the discount has been applied correctly.


What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your order cancellation policy?
Order cancellations are possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day. After that time, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us at service@smirksd.com to cancel.


Is ordering online safe?
